     I am Hebal Kandapan. I am completed my Master degree in Journalism and mass communication from Central University of Orissa, Koraput. I am form Tunupar a small village of Koraput District, which comes under the state of Odisha. The meaning of my name according to the BIBLE it is unstable or temporary.
